Story:
"You look terrible!"
"Thanks, David! Those are the words a woman likes to hear most!" Linda gave her very best to hide her tension but even her clearly ironic words couldn't deceive her boss who decided to join her on her journey to Germany. The Save Gut Caballo Event was a big tournament with lots of excellent participants and Linda finally showed her true feelings. The last days she kept a cool attitude and acted like it's no big deal. Naturally David knew her behavior was only a masquerade. She was still pretty young and didn't participate in a lot of big events like this one. Apparently she and her brother had at least something in common although Simon never showed his tension right before an event. He dislikes the arrival at a new place and the part which contains talking to people more. Well, he couldn't show his blank nerves publicly. Yelyzaveta would go crazy as well. Luckily Ayol - Linda's bay Zlesdin mare - wasn't impressed by her rider who continued hopping from one foot to the other impatiently.
"Come on... you know I didn't mean it like that. Furthermore I'm not used to compliment women", David grinned.
"Ff that's no excuse! Lucien wouldn't want to hear something like that either", Linda fired back immediately.
"How do you know?"
"... Please tell me you're kidding..."
"I am. But I really didn't mean it. Would you forgive me one last time, milady?" The owner of Central Autumn Stud fluttered his eyelashes and even indicated a little bow which made Linda smile a bit. Mission accomplished - David thought and petted Ayol's neck. The mare slightly flicked her left ear but that was the only reaction David received from her. Believe it or not that unimpressed attitude made him fell in love with Zlesdin horses in the first place.
"I should warm up", Linda muttered and took her helmet.
"Don't break that thing! We only got this one with us..." David liked to tease his youngest rider with her questionable talent of breaking helmets nearly every week. This time he received a slight jab and Linda's giggle before said woman mounted her horse.
"You'll rock this! I know that. Not only as your boss or as your trainer but also as your friend. You'll be great!"
"Thank you, David!" The blonde female smiled a bit and clicked her tongue to speed Ayol up a bit. The mare eagerly moved forward and with every step Linda's shoulders squared more until she looked like her usual self. Ready to have fun and get this done!

Eeeeh... I think I never worked longer on one single picture xD I don't even know what took me so long. But I truly like how this turned out c: And I finally drew Linda. She looks similar to her brother Simon who was also mentioned in the story above.
Can somebody please force me to draw all my stable people references at some point?

I need to point out I didn't use any textures for thissss... I'm so proud xD
Also what is perspective? IdontknowandIdontcaaare xDD

Before you leave please check out the version without Linda and Ayol because I drew the background obstacle so nicely and included the Save Gut Caballo logo just to realize it'll be hidden by Ayol nearly completely... Obstacle ~ I'm a genius, I know xD
